Terms and Conditions for Eventune Oy's web shop 

General terms

These provisions contain the terms concerning the use of Eventune Oy’s (2998634-4) eventune.shop online store service. Using the Service requires the acceptance of these terms of use. When ordering products from eventune.shop the customer accepts these terms and conditions. Eventune reserves right to change prices of products and shipping costs. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated (i.e. shipping destination is outside EU).

Ordering and delivery terms

The customer can make orders without registration. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail stating the price of the product, delivery costs and the items ordered and the same information is shown to customer before making the decision to pay the order.
 
Order confirmation can be sent only if the customer has provided a valid e-mail address. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information given to Eventune. Eventune is not responsible for any harm caused to the customer or third parties if inaccurate or wrong information is given. Eventune is not responsible for any disturbances, flaws or delays in the processing and delivering the products that are caused by other parties than Eventune. Eventune is not responsible for damage caused by the unreasonable impairment of operations due to force majeure or an equivalent reason, such as the actions of a public authority, disruptions that are beyond Eventune’s control in mail delivery, data processing, data transfer, or other data transfer, other electronic communication.  Eventune is not responsible for damage caused by insurrection such as riot. In the event of force majeure or other above-mentioned circumstances, Eventune has the right to suspend the delivery of orders until further notice.
 
Pre orders have longer than normal delivery time.
Please note that if your order contains products that we have in stock and preorder products, we will send all products as one shipment after all the items in the order have arrived to our storage.
 

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are based on delivery method, destination address, any additional services and weight and size of the order. Delivery costs will be displayed before the final decision of purchase.
 

Payments

Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment Methods

With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Enterpay Company Invoice, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur. Aurajoki Nordic Oy issues the credit. Read more from www.jousto.com.

Coupon codes

Coupon codes can be applied in shopping cart view or at checkout below the payment methods. Discount will be shown in the shopping cart summary when it is applied.

Returns

All (excluding hygiene products) physical products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. The item is eligible for return only if it is  in original shape showing no signs of use. The price of the product will be refunded but not the shipping costs. Customer must pay for shipping the product back to Eventune. When returning please ask for receipt. It helps investigating if the shipment is delayed or disappeared. Please note that face masks are hygiene products. In all  return / reclamation cases please contact info@eventune.fi, so that we can help you with the process.
 

Processing of personal data

Eventune Oy will process all customer information confidentally.
Eventune Oy does not send any customer data to third parties excluding the payment provider Bambora and logistic partners GLS and Shipit.
