Order Confirmation

After a successfully placed order you will always get an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation lists all the products in your order as well as other important information regarding the order. If you didn’t get the confirmation mail within couple of minutes, please check your trash folder. After that, if you suspect a problem please contact info@eventune.fi

Delivery Methods

Domestic deliveries will happen via services of Posti and Matkahuolto. Prior to payment you may select from different delivery methods. The available methods vary based on the size of your order. For example, we cannot offer the cheapest delivery in a letter for orders containing products that are too big to fit in the envelope.

International deliveries are made with Posti, GLS and UPS. Shipments within EU may be GLS Euro Business, Parcel Connect or Priority packages and shipments outside EU will happen via UPS or as Priority packages / letters.

Delivery Costs (Finland)

Delivery costs for shipments to addresses in Finland are based on the size of the order and the selected delivery method. The prices listed below are valid for typical shipments. Orders containing multiple products may increase the shipping costs.

Posti, Letter 3.90 €

Letters are delivered to the recipient’s address. Delivery time varies and can be anything between a few deays and couple of weeks. Note that letter does not include a tracking code.

Posti, Small parcel 6.90 € 

This method is available for small shipments. Posti delivers the package to recipient’s address. Normally the delivery time is 2-3 business days. Deliveries to areas of disperse settlement may take longer.

Posti, parcel 9.00 €

Parcels (to pick up points / lockers) are usually delivered in 2-3 business days. Posti notifies you via SMS containing instructions for pickup. Please note that pick up time is only 7 days, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.

Matkahuolto, XXS parcel 5.50 €

Matkahuolto XXS parcel (delivered to pick up point / locker) is available for small shipments. Parcel is delivered usually in 2-3 business days from the order. The phone number is mandatory for this method.

Matkahuolto, Near parcel 9.00 €

Matkahuolto Near parcel (delivered to pick up point / locker) is ususally delivered and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days from the order. Phone number is mandatory for this method.

International Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the size of the order, selected delivery method and the recipient’s country. The prices listed below are valid for typical shipments. Orders containing multiple products may increase the shipping costs.

GLS, Euro Business 15.00 € - 23.50 €

GLS is available for all European countries.

Posti, Parcel Connect 12.00 € - 22.00 €

Parcel Connect is available for most of the countries in EU. The price depends primarily on the recipient’s country. Delivery time varies between a few days and couple of weeks. You will be notified when the shipment is ready for pickup.

Posti, Priority 21.80 € - 33.10 €

Deliveries outside EU are sent as Posti Priority parcels. The price and the delivery time depends primarily on the recipient’s country. Delivery time varies between a few days and couple of weeks.

Posti, Registered letter 26.10 €

We offer registered letter for some countries for very small shipments. Delivery time is typically something between a few days and couple of weeks.

Global Postal Services, Letter 8.00 € - 20.00 €

Ordinary letter is available for some countries for very small shipments. Delivery time is typically something between a few days and couple of weeks. Cannot be tracked.

UPS, 21.00 € - 25.00 €

UPS is available for some countries outside EU.

Tracking the shipments

All shipments apart from domestic letter can be tracked with a tracking code that is sent via e-mail as soon as your order is packaged and ready for shipping. When the shipment is ready for pickup you will be notified. Please note that Posti shipments must be picked up within 7 days from the notification.

Preorder Products

If your order contains a product that is not yet in stock (e.g. preorder products) the delivery time is naturally longer. Preorder products are marked in the webshop in the product description and there is also a notification before proceeding to payment phase. We will send your order immediately when the items arrive to our warehouse.

Please note that if your order contains products that we have in stock and preorder products, we will send all products as one shipment after all the items in the order have arrived to our storage.
